We have been used to drinking pear juice since childhood. Here is its “grown-up” version with the addition of Grappa!
 

Ingredients:

5/10 Grappa
3/10 Pear liquor
2/10 Lemon juice
2 Bitter drops
Sugar syrup to taste
Crushed ice

 

Garnish:

Pear thin slices
Mint leaves

 

Preparation:

1. Put all the ingredients in a shaker, then shake
2. Serve in a cocktail glass
3. Garnish with a slice of pear and some mint leaves
