The mojito is a cocktail par excellence, and we suggest replacing rum with a sufficiently aromatic muscat Grappa. This way you will have a refreshing and enjoyable tall drink to sip throughout the day.
4/10 muscat Grappa
4/10 tonic water
2/10 fresh lime juice
2 tbsp brown sugar
mint (to taste)
Sprig of fresh mint
1. Crush the mint, lime juice and brown sugar in the bottom of a tall glass to extract the essences.
2. Add the ice, tonic water and Grappa.
3. Garnish with the sprig of mint and serve.
