A delicate and easy to prepare after-dinner drink, in which the intense taste of Grappa is played down by the fresh and velvety notes of lime, orange, and grapefruit.

Ingredients:

3/10 young Grappa
3/10 Aperol
1/10 lime juice
1/10 orange juice
1/10 pink grapefruit juice
1/10 simple syrup

Garnish:

Twist of orange peel

Preparation:

1. Mix all the ingredients with ice in a shaker.
2. Filter the mixture and pour into a tulip glass.
3. Before serving garnish with the twist of orange peel.
