Holly Sour

In this cocktail, the freshness of lemon and lychee juices balances the intense flavor of Grappa.

Ingredients:

2/10 Lemon juice
2/10 Grappa
6/10 Lychees juice
1 Teaspoon of egg white

Garnish:

1 Vanilla bean
Mint leaves
Sugar

Preparation:
  1. Pour Grappa, the lemon juice, the lychees juice and the egg white into a shaker, then shake.
  2. Pour the blend into a glass rimmed with the sugar.
  3. Garnish the glass with the vanilla bean and the mint leaves.
