Ingredients:

4/10 Prosecco
3/10 Grappa
2/10 Peach juice
1/10 Aperol
Ice cubes

Garnish:

Peach slices

Preparation:
  1. Pour Grappa, Aperol, the peach juice, and some ice cubes into a shaker, then shake.
  2. Pour the blend into a martini glass or a flute, and add Prosecco.
  3. Garnish with a slice of peach.
