1. Cut the cherry tomatoes and marinate them with EVO oil, Grappa, salt, and pepper for 15 minutes.
2. Divide the garlic clove into two halves and rub one of them on one side of all the bread slices.
3. Toast the bread slices in a pan. Meanwhile, cut the olives in small pieces and wash the basil carefully.
4. Put the marinated tomatoes and the olives over the toasted bread slices. Dress with the EVO oil and garnish with some basil leaves.
