Ingredients:

1 onion
1 tbsp oil
1⁄2 red cabbage
2 green apples
2 tbsp Grappa
0,2 cup water
Salt and pepper to taste

 

Preparation:

1. Finely chop the onion and sauté it in a saucepan with the oil.
2. Add the chopped red cabbage and the apples, peeled and sliced.
3. Stir and, after a few minutes, add Grappa, water, and salt and pepper to taste.
4. Cover and simmer for about an hour. Serve hot or cold.
