Serves 6 | 1 hr | Easy

Ingredients:

1 Pumpkin (about 35 oz)
1 Shallot
3 tbsp of EVO Oil
2 tbsp of Grappa
1 tbsp of Soy sauce
Some sage leaves
Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

1. Peel, deseed, and chop the pumpkin into bite-size pieces.
2. Finely chop the shallot, put it into a baking pan with the pumpkin pieces, add all the other ingredients and stir.
3. Put in the preheated oven at 356° F for 35 minutes or until the pumpkin is baked.
4. Adjust with more salt if necessary, garnish with more sage leaves, and serve hot or cold.
