Ingredients:

1 cup crème anglaise
1/10 cups Grappa
5 oz egg whites (beaten to a stiff peak)
2 ½ cups cream
1 pinch vanilla seeds
Wild strawberries

Preparation:

1. Fold the crème anglaise with the Grappa.
2. Gently fold in the beaten egg whites, the cream, the vanilla seeds, and the wild strawberries.
3. Decorate with more wild strawberries.
